‘Diamond Rouge’

New! Diamond Rogue

Inject vibrant red bloom tones into your summer landscape with the addition of a hot new ornamental shrub. ‘Diamond Rogue,’ a hydrangea paniculata, was bred in France and features the deepest red blooms ever seen on this species of hydrangea.  A compact upright grower to 4-5’ tall and 3-4’ wide, ‘Diamond Rogue’ displays an incredible number of long lasting blooms on strong stems.  White blooms emerge in July, aging to pink, then raspberry red and finally a deep wine red.

Paniculata hydrangeas feature cone shaped blooms from summer into fall. They thrive in full or partial sun conditions.  Over the past few years we have been pleased to introduce many new varieties featuring bloom colors from chartreuse to pink to pure white.  Varieties can stay as small as 3’ tall, or grow as large as 10’ tall.  Come by Squak Mt. today to see the new deep tones of ‘Diamond Rogue’, and consider all of our other spectacular hydrangeas in their glory.
