This David Austin English rose is a bushy shrub with strong, healthy, upright growth, reaching a compact size of 4’ tall x 3.5’ wide.
Emily Bronte has an exceptionally lovely large full petaled flower of soft pink with an apricot hue toward the center. Her flower color fits beautifully into today’s modern floral bouquet designs. She has a strong complex fragrance of tea at the beginning, becoming more of an old rose fragrance with notes of lemon and grapefruit at the finish. In the garden, Emily Bronte pairs beautifully with other David Austin roses, including Lichfield Angel, Carding Mill and Wisely 2008.
