‘Indian Summer’

2013 Squak Mt. Fall Container Design

One of the best parts about living in the Pacific Northwest are our Indian Summers. Those days in September that sometimes melt into October, of warm, sun filled days and cool nights. As the leaves begin to change color and the summer flowers begin to fade, we want to bring the brilliant reds, yellows, oranges, and greens into our garden.

The designers at Squak Mt. have created our fall 2013 container to celebrate the bold colors of autumn. Golden yellow, purple, red and green tones all meld to create beauty.

Plant in a 15-18” pot with good quality potting soil and some of our organic ‘Complete’ Fertilizer mixed in.  Although lighting conditions in fall are not of much concern, the plants in this design will grow best in partial or full sun when spring arrives.
