Squak Mt. Greenhouses and Nursery has grown to become a complete, year-round garden center serving the greater Seattle area. In 1976, Jim and Becky, the current owners, purchased the business, which consisted of several wood framed greenhouses that were used to grow annuals for local grocery stores. Five years later, as business continued to expand, the greenhouses were opened to the public for retail sales. Over the years all of the structures on the ten-acre property have been completely replaced with state of the art growing greenhouses and delightful sales areas. Our Garden Shed was opened in the autumn of 1999, and is a unique and inspiring addition for garden lovers.
